Jim Keaty is the owner and Broker of Keaty Real Estate, established in 2004. Jim was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana and is married to Danielle Chastant Keaty. Together they have 2 girls, Mae and Josephine “Joey” Keaty, and most recently a son named James Keaty II.Jim graduated with a Bachelors’s Degree in Economics and a minor in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2002 and then graduated from American Real Estate College in Westminster, Colorado in 2003.

Carleen was born, raised, and continues to reside in the heart of Vermilion Parish. While not at work, Carleen enjoys spending time with family, enjoys boat rides and fishing, and loves traveling.
Cate began her career with Keaty Real Estate in 2010 as the transaction coordinator for the team working behind the scenes to ensure the buyers and sellers had an enjoyable experience while working with Keaty. In 2021, she transferred over to the media side of the company where she began working with agents and clients on marketing their listings and the agents’ involvement in the community. Cate resides in Lafayette with her husband and two children.
Originally from Orange County, New York, Angelika completed her undergraduate degree at Baruch College prior to moving to Lafayette in August of 2019. A month later, she began her career as a Front Desk Coordinator at Keaty Real Estate focusing on assisting 40+ agents with their real estate needs along with performing general administrative tasks. In January of 2022, Angelika attained her title as Office Administrator and is now dedicated entirely to ensuring that the back end duties of our office run smoothly and efficiently as possible while providing that 110% promised service to every one of our clients and agents. In her free time, Angelika likes to go to festivals, listen to live music, exercise at the gym and spend time with her family and friends.
A native of Vermilion Parish, Ethan has been in real estate since 2016. He began his career in New Orleans before joining the Keaty team in 2018. He transitioned to Director of Agent Development in 2021 where he is responsible for recruiting the best agents in Acadiana and helping them grow into expert advisors and the best in the field.
Lainie is an Acadiana native with 5+ years of real estate and management experience. Vicki joined the Keaty Real Estate team in October of 2021 as the Financial Controller after spending over 20 years in restaurant management and planning.
